Welcome to 4848 Rabbit ("we," "our," "the Shop"), the online storefront of 4848 Rabbit Farm. By using our website and placing orders, you agree to these Terms of Service. 4848 Rabbit is connected to the ZakGT Platform for user accounts, authentication, and payment processing. Your use of a ZakGT account is also subject to the ZakGT Platform Terms of Service.

To place orders, you must create a ZakGT account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Each account must be registered to a real person. You must provide accurate email and contact information. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

All prices are displayed in ZakGT Coins. The exchange rate is fixed at: 1 Coin = $1 USD = ៛4,000 KHR. Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders are locked at the price shown at checkout. Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be modified. Orders in "Pending" status may be cancelled within 1 hour by contacting us on Telegram.

We accept ZakGT Coins, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and KHQR (ABA, Wing, etc.). All payments are processed through the ZakGT Platform's secure payment system. ZakGT Coins purchased are non-refundable once used for a rabbit order. Coin balances remain in your ZakGT account and do not expire.

All rabbits are available for pickup at our farm location only. ⚠️ IMPORTANT: You must pick up at our farm — no home delivery! We provide comfortable carrier boxes with hay, water, and food included. Orders over 80 coins ($80) receive a free premium carrier. Please schedule your pickup time via Telegram to ensure your rabbit is prepared and ready.

All rabbits from 4848 Rabbit Farm come with a health guarantee: • All rabbits are vaccinated and vet-checked before sale. • You MUST record a pickup video when receiving your rabbit. • If your rabbit shows signs of illness within 4 hours of pickup, contact us with video evidence. • We will provide a replacement rabbit of similar breed and quality — this is replacement only, not a refund. • The buyer pays the carrier fee for the replacement. • Without a pickup video, we cannot process a health claim. • The health guarantee does not cover illness caused by improper care after pickup.

All rabbits sold at 4848 Rabbit are live animals. While we breed and select our rabbits for health, temperament, and breed standards, we cannot guarantee: exact color match to photos (rabbit coloring can vary with age and lighting), specific lifespan after adoption, breeding results or offspring quality, or compatibility with your existing pets. Photos and emojis shown on the website are for illustration purposes. Actual rabbits may vary in exact pattern and coloration. All sales of live rabbits are final — no returns except under the health guarantee policy described above.

Bundle deals include pre-selected combinations of rabbits, cages, and/or supplies at a discounted price. Bundle contents are as described on the product page. Individual items within a bundle cannot be substituted or returned separately. Bundle pricing is only valid when purchasing the complete bundle — individual items are priced separately.

ZakGT Coins used on 4848 Rabbit follow the ZakGT Platform coin policies. Coins spent on rabbit orders are non-refundable (replacements are provided under the health guarantee policy, not refunds). Coin balances are managed through your ZakGT account. Any disputes about coin balances should be directed to ZakGT Platform support.
